Common signs include seeing bugs or rodents often (especially during the day), finding droppings or shed skins, noticing gnaw marks or damage to food, fabrics, or wood, and hearing scratching or scurrying in walls or ceilings—often at night. Strange smells, like musty or oily odors, can also point to hidden infestations. Other signs include spider webs, insect nests, or pets acting oddly around certain areas. Even if the signs are subtle, it’s worth getting a professional inspection to be sure.
We use professional-grade products that are applied safely and according to EPA guidelines. We’ll let you know when it’s safe to re-enter treated areas (usually once dry).
